The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) is looking forward to welcoming you to this year’s Conference and Annual Awards and Dinner

Here is a guide of everything you need to know about the IAAF Conference and Awards Dinner, which takes place this coming Thursday 7 December at DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes.

Planning Your IAAF Conference 2023

When and where is the event?
The IAAF Conference and Annual Awards Dinner takes place on Thursday 7th December 2023 at DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, Stadium MK, Stadium Way W, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 1ST.

What time does the conference start?
The conference networking starts in the pre-function room at 9:00am. The conference begins at 10:00am. There will be breaks throughout the day and a buffet lunch served around 1pm.

The conference will end no later than 4:00pm.

What is the event agenda?

Are there any tickets available?
The IAAF conference is currently sold out.

What parking is available and how much is it?
There are more than 1,000 car parking spaces surrounding the stadium. There is now a cost for Parking. Click here to download details.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest stations are Bletchley (1.6 mile walk or 2.1 miles by car) or Milton Keynes Central (2.9 miles / 4.1 miles). Both stations offer services to Birmingham New Street or London Euston. Are there any hotel rooms available?
IAAF’s allocation is sold out at the DoubleTree by Hilton but please email Angela Neale (angela@impressionuk.co.uk) to check for any cancellations.

Is there a cloak room?
Yes, there will be a cloak room and a place to leave luggage if you are stopping overnight.

What is the conference dress code?
The Conference dress code is Business Attire.

Can I share photos on social media?
Yes! Please take photos and share them on your social media channels with the hashtag #IAAF2023. We will reshare.


IAAF Annual Awards Dinner

What time does the dinner start?

The Red Dot Bar on the ground floor is open.

The happy half hour pre-dinner drinks sponsored by Automechanika begins from 6:30pm in the pre-function room. Dinner will be called at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start.

What parking is available and how much is it?

Do I need a ticket?
Tickets must be booked prior to the event. The event is currently sold out. You will be registered on entry and be shown where to find your seat and table.

Where will I be sat?
A copy of the most up to date dinner booklet including seating plan and numbers is available here

Will I be able to access the ballroom before the event?
Please note there is no access to the ballroom before the event commences.

What is the Awards Dinner dress code?
The evening dress code is Black Tie.

What is the entertainment this year?
This year's comedian will be Tom Allen.

When does the Awards Dinner end?
The Annual Awards Dinner will end at midnight, followed by an afterparty which closes at 2:00am.

Is the IAAF raising money for a charity at the event?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to donate cash or online to Industry Charity BEN.
