WAI extends high-quality rotating electrics product line

Leading rotating electrics supplier WAI has expanded its range of alternators and starter motors with the addition of seven new parts.

To meet the exacting quality demands of the UK aftermarket and the needs of the constantly expanding used vehicle parc, WAI has introduced six new alternators and one new starter motor reference to its range.

The new alternators added to the high-quality range include part 14624-OS, a 150A alternator for 1.5 litre engined Mazda 2 (2014-), 1.5 and 2.0 litre Mazda 3 (2014-2019), 2.0 and 2.5 litre Mazda 6 (2012-) and 2.0 litre Mazda CX-3 (2015-) cars. A 210A alternator is also now available for Ford Ranger 3.2 TDCi (2015-) with the introduction of part 21590N.

Further additions in the latest range expansion include part 21126N, a 150A alternator for 1.6 litre, i-DTEC engined Honda Civic ix (2013-), Civic X (2018-), CR-V (2015-) and HR-V (2015-) cars, and 21629-OS, a 150A alternator for 1.0 litre Dacia Sandero (2021-), Nissan Juke (2019-), and Renault Clio (2020-) and Captur (2020-) models.

WAI has developed a new 2.2kW 14T starter motor, part 31095-OS, fitting 1.3 litre Nissan Qashqai (2018-), Renault Scenic (2018-), Megane (2018-) and Captur (2020-), and Dacia Duster (2019-) cars.

WAI's new-to-range references are available now at its extended stockholding facility at the company's head office in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Innovation and excellence are at the core of WAI’s design and engineering strategy to ensure the company only produce the best alternators for the aftermarket.

WAI customers have experienced a 60 percent reduction in warranty returns versus their former remanufactured product offering from competitors. With 24-month warranty on all rotating electrics, WAI products will give technicians peace of mind and total customer satisfaction.
