WAI expands starter motor and alternator range

Leading rotating electrics supplier WAI has expanded its range of starter motors and alternators with the addition of five new high-quality references.

To meet the exacting quality demands of the UK aftermarket and the needs of the constantly expanding used vehicle parc, WAI has introduced three new starter motors and two new alternators to its range.

WAI’s latest alternator references are suitable for a range of popular passenger cars with the 90A alternator 26192N fitting 1.0 litre Hyundai i30 T-GDI (2016-) and Kia Picanto (2011-2017) models. A 150A alternator, part 21538N, is also added to the range to fit Nissan Juke 1.2 DIGI-T (2014-) cars.

Three new starter motors added to WAI’s high-quality range this month include part 30597N, a 1.0kW 11T stop-start compatible product for Mitsubishi Colt 1.1 and 1.3 litre models (2004-2012). The 1.4kW 10T starter motor 30960N fits Dacia Duster (2015-) and Renault Megane (2015-) cars, and 30953N, a 2.0kW 10T starter, is launched to fit Citroen C4 Aircross (2012-), Peugeot 4008 (2012-), plus Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 (2006-2012), Lancer and ASX 1.8 (2010-) DI-D models.

WAI’s new-to-range references are available now at its extended stockholding facility at the company’s head office in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. The extension provides more than 900 additional pallet spaces, with additional racking for more stock holding capabilities to provide quicker delivery to customers.
