TechMan to mark 10th anniversary at UK Garage and Bodyshop Event

Date: Wednesday 10 April 2024

TechMan, a leading garage management system provider, is celebrating its 10th anniversary milestone this year and to commemorate this achievement, it will be showcasing its system and latest integrations at the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event from 5 to 6 June at NEC, Birmingham.

Since its inception a decade ago, TechMan has been at the forefront of innovation, revolutionising the industry with its forward-thinking garage management software. The company has seen 546 percent growth in users, generating over £460 million in gross revenue*.

As one of the most anticipated events in the industry, the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event provides the perfect platform for TechMan to connect with the industry and demonstrate its popular garage management system, its benefits and latest integrations to garage businesses.

At the event, TechMan is launching full AutoData integration for complete vehicle information to cover the entire car parc and AutoPay - a new TechMan PDQ solution to streamline payment processes. As well as its latest integrations, TechMan will also be highlighting that its system is now available in Southern Ireland to target customers in the region. The garage management system has been tailored to the needs of the market including the double VAT system.

Leo Freebairn, sales manager at TechMan comments: "Over the past decade, we have continuously strived to provide garage owners and technicians with the tools they need to succeed in today's ever-evolving landscape. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with UK Garage and Bodyshop Event visitors and our customers.”

Attendees at the trade event can learn more about TechMan's comprehensive suite of features, including workshop management, vehicle reporting, job bookings, invoicing, and much more. With a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, TechMan remains the go-to solution for garages looking to modernise their operations.

Freebairn adds: “By implementing the TechMan system our users have seen 1.43 million more jobs booked and over 2.3 million more hours invoiced over the last five years*. And we’re on track this year to see further significant growth in all areas with even more integrations, solutions and innovations being added.”

During the last 10 years, the brand has been revolutionising garage management with innovative technology and exceptional customer service, empowering workshops to streamline operations and drive success.

TechMan was born in 2014 from a service centre in Northampton, In Town Automotive. Noticing a gap in the market for garages and workshops to have a digital and transparent view of its operations, the team created a garage management system that enables owners to gain a tighter grip on the day-to-day running of the business.

Today, TechMan boasts an impressive community of over 12,000 automotive professionals spanning three continents who rely on its cutting-edge garage management system, driving an astonishing revenue of nearly a billion pounds annually.
