Search begins for Williamson successor

With the news that IAAF Chief Executive, Wendy Williamson, is retiring this year, the search has begun for her successor.

The role of the IAAF chief executive is an extremely varied one and the successful applicant will be required to have a broad range of skills and a thorough understanding of the independent automotive aftermarket and its current issues.

The IAAF chief executive currently heads up numerous activities including: Policy and lobbying both in the UK and EU; marketing, communication and events; the development of the existing membership overseeing the introduction of new products and services; financial management; company secretarial duties and management of a small team. The successful candidate will need to have very strong communication and organisational skills.
