Schaeffler (UK) Ltd. appoints Philip Elson as Operations Manager at Hereford

Schaeffler (UK) Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Elson as Operations Manager at its Automotive Aftermarket headquarters and warehouse facility in Hereford.
Phil is a familiar face in the aftermarket, having spent over 17 years in a variety of senior management roles at MANN+HUMMEL, most recently as project director responsible for the integration of the WIX Filters brand after its acquisition in 2016.
He has amassed a huge amount of experience across all business areas, including sales & marketing, business development and operations & distribution logistics, which made him ideally suited to make the move down the M5 and M50 to Schaeffler.
Managing Director, Nigel Morgan, is happy to have secured Phil’s services and said: “I am very pleased to welcome Phil to the Schaeffler family. He comes with a vast amount of operational experience and will fit right in as we continue to both improve our customer service levels and develop the business in the UK and Ireland.”
