Schaeffler HR Manager, Kathy Campbell, has praised the efforts of automotive, industrial and engineering recruitment specialist, Glen Callum Associates (GCA), over the past year, saying the company has been “instrumental” in assisting the business in its recruitment strategy.
GCA has supported Schaeffler in making key appointments across both its industrial and automotive divisions and Campbell believes effective communication throughout the coronavirus pandemic has been key. She said:
