Fuel additives and engine treatments increasing in demand as motorists seek preventative measures

Technicians and motorists are turning to fuel additives and engine treatments to prevent issues on vehicles worsening and avoid the inflated, associated costs of bigger problems requiring repair.

Aberdeenshire-based fuel additives specialist, Fueltone Pro, has reported increased demand across its nationwide network of distributors and mobile technicians with its range of engine cleaning products maintaining good engine conditions and flushing out contaminants.

“During the cost-of-living crisis we’re seeing heightened demand for our engine flush product line, as garages and mechanics seek to further assist motorists with avoiding issues with their vehicle,” says Robbie Gray, chairman at Fueltone Pro.

Now available in refreshed and recyclable 200ml metal can packaging, Fueltone Pro’s oil-based engine flush captures water particles present in the oil system, and removes carbon deposits and water safely and efficiently.
