Complaints regarding service & repair rose in 2022
In 2022, there were 6,279 cases raised for “Service and Repair” complaints, and 29% of them (1,821) were approved for settlement.

• The number of approved cases is 8% higher than 2021

The share of professionals that have reported a shortage of workers is increasing consecutively since November 2022.

• Retaining the workforce is becoming an increasingly important concern
• The main outcome is that 39% of businesses cannot meet demands, and 38.3% ask employees to work longer hours.
