Apec Automotive launches premium brake & clutch fluid range

Automotive aftermarket manufacturer Apec has officially launched a new range of Brake & Clutch Fluid to provide consistently high performance from bottle to brake.

Brake fade can negatively impact the efficiency of the braking system and lead to brake failure. The latest DOT 4, DOT 4 ESP, and DOT 5.1 formulas from the braking specialist brand helps make brake fade a thing of the past.

Optimised for ABS systems, Apec DOT 4 brake fluid is a high-boiling point synthetic brake fluid. It provides strong protection for average, high-performance, and commercial vehicles that require a DOT 3 or 4 specification.

Apec DOT 4 ESP is specially formulated to enable Electronic Stability Program (ESP) systems to operate effectively over a wide temperature range. This is suitable for all ESP and other conventional braking systems that require glycol ether-based brake fluid.

The high-performance Apec DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid offers extreme temperature resistance, with a dry boiling point of 260°C and a wet boiling point of 180°C. Formulated for ultimate anti-corrosion and low viscosity, the synthetic fluid has an impressive lifespan even when subject to extreme conditions. Exceeding the international standards for fluid grade, this brake fluid is ideal for heavy vehicles and high-performance cars.
