A year of growth and enhanced features for myITG

Date: Friday 06 October 2023

TecAlliance, the leading expert for data management and processes in the automotive aftermarket, celebrates a year of success with its innovative cloud-based solution, myITG. This solution continues to transform the approach of automotive international trading groups (ITGs) towards managing their member structures and interactions. Since its relaunch in August 2022, myITG has demonstrated substantial growth and introduced enhanced features that streamline ITG operations and foster collaboration.

myITG simplifies the preparation for ITG events and enables parts manufacturers to send their sales figure reports standardised and much more granularly. ATR International, Autodistribution International, global one automotive, GROUPAUTO International, NEXUS Automotive International and TEMOT International deliver regularly and in an automated, standardised process updated membership details and information about local structures. Parts manufacturers can rely on myITG to always have a complete, up-to-date picture.

In the span of a year, myITG has experienced significant growth, with a 60% increase in suppliers, a 300% rise in traffic, and a 67% growth in user accounts. Noteworthy advancements during this period include a harmonised reporting structure, an enhanced API integration that establishes a direct connection between existing internal IT systems and myITG, an optimised matching module that improves cross-divisional workflows and general user experience enhancements.

"The feedback from the 48 esteemed parts manufacturers who embraced myITG has been invaluable. With their input and our commitment to innovation, we have harnessed the potential of myITG even further. The enhanced version is not only faster but also more user-friendly, empowering our users more effectively," says Marco Monsees, Vice President of Business Development at TecAlliance.

Fostering standardisation and collaboration in the Automotive Aftermarket
Key figures in the industry underline the great influence of myITG. The transparent visualisation of ITG member structures and the standardisation of the reporting structure make an important contribution to efficient communication and cooperation in the independent automotive aftermarket.

Ingo Reiff, Business Development Director at global one automotive, affirms,

“With myITG global one automotive is actively using a great and simple tool that makes another useful contribution to simplifying and standardising the visualisation of basic structural information between ITGs and suppliers,”

And Robert Stevens, Director of Workshop Networks & Technology at GROUPAUTO International, articulates,

“GROUPAUTO International’s strategy to support the future of the Automotive Aftermarket is based on Standardisation, Integration, and Cooperation. myITG fits well with this strategy by providing Parts Suppliers with centralised and standardised access to the status and affiliation for thousands of aftermarket parts distributors. This type of centralised information access, combined with the adoption of the standardised set of product categories also offered by myITG, are necessary steps for the future of the Aftermarket.”
