The Turbo Guy achieve BSI:9001 accreditation

The Turbo Guy have been working with the University of Abertay towards certifying their existing Quality Management System. Over a 3 year period they have helped to transform many aspects of their business, employing a full Stock control and shipping system with an advanced CRM system.

Managing Director, Allan Mitchell, says:

"having our existing Quality Management System achieving certification with BSI will allow us to demonstrate to new customers that we have a consistent high quality product and will allow them to have confidence in recommending us.

"It will also strengthen the trust that we have with our existing long standing customers and remind them why they continue to work with us.

"Our Customer management system will allow us to work more closely with our existing customers, ensuring that our stock levels match demand and that we keep ahead of the competition with new products and services.

"As we have seen steady expansion over the last 10 years it is more important than ever that we continue to look after our customers, our reputation depends on it after all."
