TecAlliance Brings a Multi-Faceted Programme to Automechanika Frankfurt

At Automechanika Frankfurt, TecAlliance will present its newest solutions for the automotive aftermarket in Hall 3.0 at Stand B50 to offer a platform for in-depth discussions. The focus will be on an extensive programme of keynote talks, live demonstrations and individual meetings with customers and international partners. In eBay's E-Commerce Lounge (Hall 2, Stand C51), TecAlliance will also present the TecDoc data standard and artificial intelligence as keys to success in e-commerce.

Interested visitors can book personal appointments to find customised solutions for their specific requirements. The latest innovations from the TecDoc, TecCom, TecRMI and Caruso product families will be presented in various keynote speeches and live demos. Live demonstrations of digital workshop solutions

On 14 September 2024, independent workshops can find out about the benefits of TecRMI at the TecAlliance stand. The solution increases efficiency, reduces costs and improves service quality —all for higher profitability and more satisfied customers. TecRMI supports the entire workshop process, from vehicle identification and maintenance history to repair and vehicle handover. Partners support global success

The TecAlliance Partner Programme is celebrating its second anniversary with almost 30 partners since 2022. Many will be presenting their innovative products based on TecAlliance data and solutions, such as dealer management systems, online catalogues and webshops, at the trade fair stand. Whether data integration in Eastern Europe, consulting in Asia, sales in South America or new platforms in South Africa – TecAlliance partners support the success of garages, wholesalers and parts manufacturers in the international automotive aftermarket.

Success in e-commerce through artificial intelligence

TecAlliance is also represented in eBay's E-Commerce Networking Lounge in Hall 2.0 at Booth C51J. Christian Krause, Lead Data Science & Machine Learning, will discuss the application of artificial intelligence in e-commerce in two presentations. The keynote talks are entitled ‘Artificial intelligence – buzzword or catalyst for change?’ They will help to classify the current hype, identify practical applications in the real world and discuss the associated benefits and challenges. These presentations will take place on 11 September at 11:30 am and on 13 September at 10:30 am in the E-Commerce Lounge - eBay Motors (Hall 2, Level 0, Stand C51). Registration is not required.
