Mintex and Nielsen expand exciting drift show partnership

TMD Friction, through its renowned Mintex braking brand, has expanded its exciting partnership with drifting star Pete ‘Peden’ Nielsen.
The expanded sponsorship will see Mintex branding displayed prominently across the liveries of Crewsade drivers Pete Nielsen and Al Harris’ Nissan 180SX and S14 drift racing cars at a thrilling series of events this summer, kicking off with the Modified Nationals display in Peterborough in May.
Richard Barton, category manager for Mintex at TMD Friction, said:

Pete Nielsen, drift racer, said:

I’ve been using Mintex brakes for six years, and now to have them displayed so prominently on the car and at our stands at the exciting events we have planned is a natural step. Our roster of events and the shows we’re putting on are growing this year to reach new audiences and it’s fantastic that Mintex will be joining us on this journey.”
Nielsen and Harris’ squad will feature in a series of drifting displays at Peterborough’s Modified Nationals event, followed by Gravity at Stoneleigh Park, and Coventry’s Moto Fest in early September.
