IAAF AGM 2022 and Council nomination reminder

Members are reminded that the Annual General Meeting of Members will be taking place at 10:30am on THURSDAY 17th February 2022. This meeting wiill be a hybrid event; due to social distancing measures currently in place, we can only accommodate a small number of guests at the IAAF Offices in Birmingham, so the event will also be available to attend virtually. Full details will be be made available in due course.

Members of all categories are invited to attend this meeting, during which items of importance will be put before the Membership for discussion. If Members wish to raise any matters under AOB, they should note that any items of a controversial nature must be advised in advance for inclusion on the full Agenda.

Members wishing to attend, or wishing to record their apologies, should notify the IAAF Office either in writing or by email to anns@iaaf.co.uk no later than Friday 4th February. Please include the following information where relevant:

• The name of the person attending the meeting or wishing to record apologies for absence and whether they wish to attend in person or virtually.
• The name of the Member company
• The email address of the attendee
• The name of the proxy if they are unable to attend (this may be the President who will be chairing the meeting or some other Member in attendance)
• Any item you wish to be included on the agenda

Full joining instructions for the meeting will be issued nearer the date of the meeting. If any member has any queries regarding virtual meetings, can they please contact the IAAF Office as soon as possible.
