Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members will take place at 10:30am on THURSDAY 11th February 2021. Due to the current restrictions, this meeting will take place via Zoom.

Members of all categories are invited to attend this meeting, during which items of importance will be put before the Membership for discussion. If Members wish to raise any matters under AOB, they should note that any items of a controversial nature must be advised in advance for inclusion on the full Agenda.

Members wishing to attend, or wishing to record their apologies, should notify the IAAF Office either in writing or by email to no later than Friday 5th February. Please include the following information where relevant:

• The name of the person attending the meeting or wishing to record apologies for absence
• The name of the Member company
• The email address of the attendee
• The name of the proxy if they are unable to attend (this may be the President who will be chairing the meeting or some other Member in attendance)
• Any item you wish to be included on the agenda

Joining instructions for the meeting will be issued nearer the date of the meeting. If any member has any queries regarding Zoom meetings, can they please contact the IAAF Office as soon as possible.

Copies of the IAAF Annual Report will shortly be available for download from the secure area of the IAAF website in the General Members section, together with copies of the Agenda and the Minutes of the AGM held 13th February 2020.
