A summary of some of the activities undertaken by the IAAF Secretariat on behalf of the membership and the wider aftermarket during the week just gone by.
Virtual Conference – sponsorship packages released
A number of new sponsorship packages have been introduced and the event will also feature the ‘Pride of the Aftermarket’ awards, which will honour exceptional performances of companies and individuals throughout the past year.
The IAAF Virtual Conference 2021, taking place on 2 December, is titled Aftermarket for the Future, and the event will tackle the past, present and future of the sector, supporting members’ business activity.

UK AFCAR
IAAF has hosted a UK AFCAR meeting this week, with the coalition agreeing to increase its visibility as it attracts new organisations to collectively lobby the UK govt.
The perfect storm
Following increasing reports of supply chain issues, IAAF has produced an article, which attempts to explain some of the background to these issues.
