Hyundai Motor UK and Qube partner to grow genuine parts sales

Date: Friday 18 February 2022

Hyundai Motor UK Limited has appointed Qube Automotive Ltd to provide business intelligence and performance reporting for its UK dealer network. Using Qube’s bespoke software and reporting, Hyundai Motor UK will implement strategies to retain and grow its Trade Parts business, which typically accounts for more than 40% of overall parts revenue.

The number of Hyundai vehicles on UK roads is growing rapidly, with an 81.48% year-on-year increase in sales during 2021. This new partnership with Qube is intended to enhance the performance of the Hyundai UK dealer network in managing the maintenance of this increasing number of vehicles. Through both consultancy and management reporting systems, Qube will provide meaningful analysis on a range of performance indicators.

“As a specialist consultancy to the automotive industry, we are delighted to begin working with Hyundai at this exciting time in the company’s development,” said Seamus O’Donnell, a director at Qube Automotive.

Qube’s services will enable Hyundai and their nominated dealers to retain and grow genuine parts sales within the UK; better understand existing sales and opportunities which exist within the UK market; and develop future strategies to support genuine parts sales growth and their nominated dealer network,” concluded Seamus.

Ben Sargeant, Head of Parts and Service at Hyundai UK explains

“By partnering with Qube Automotive using its platform analysis and reporting, we will be able to better understand the opportunities available to the Hyundai dealer network and ensure we are well placed to capture and leverage them further to drive future performance”.
