Garage sees new enquiries increase tenfold following new website launch

Bootle Motor Company, an independent garage in Liverpool, is celebrating a milestone after its website reached over 400k Google search page one appearances in just 10 months of going live.
The family run business appointed Garage Services Online, a specialist website company which works exclusively with the independent garage sector, and says it has seen enquiries increase tenfold and turnover go up by 15 percent.
Joe Perry, marketing manager at Bootle Motor Company said:
“We started looking for someone to overhaul our website because the old site wasn’t doing its job. We were wasting hours trying to manage and update it. No matter how much time we threw at it, it just wasn’t working as it should.
“I’d seen reviews about Garage Services Online which is an IAAF member, so showed them to my boss. At this point we’d spoken to lots of other website companies and as soon as we made the call, it became clear they were the best company for the job. And we weren’t wrong.
“Within just the first three months, our website had already appeared on over 80k Google searches resulting in over 300 visits. We also noticed a huge upturn in telephone and online enquiries. Since then, enquiries have increased tenfold and because it’s a bespoke site that’s optimised specifically to what garage services we offer, they’re quality leads because the customer has found exactly what they’re searching for.”
It’s estimated that 75 percent of people never scroll past the first page of online search results. This is something that Jim Lang, managing director of Garage Services Online is all too aware of.
