Brislington Motor Services wins the star prize in the AAG ‘LuK - Every One A Winner’ clutch promotion

Neil Bryant, of Brislington Motor Services in Bristol, has claimed the top prize in the AAG/LuK ‘Every One A Winner’ 2021 scratchcard promotion.

Everybody buying a LuK RepSet clutch kit and LuK DMF combination from their local Alliance Automotive Group branch during the promotion was given an “Every One A Winner” scratchcard, each guaranteeing an instant win LuK branded beanie hat, enamel mug, mechanics gloves or USB charging cable. Also on offer were 1000 REPXPERT bonus points and a limited edition retro tin containing all of the other gifts.

“The promotion was designed to raise the importance of providing a complete repair solution when undertaking clutch replacement work,” explained Schaeffler Territory Manager, Jonny Harris. “Garages that purchased a LuK RepSet kit and LuK DMF, or alternatively a LuK RepSet DMF kit, from an Alliance Automotive Group branch, during the promotion period, received a free scratchcard.

“In addition to an instant win gift, the scratchcard gave them the chance to enter a free weekly prize draw, with prizes including Kärcher pressure washers and vacuum cleaners, plus LuK DMF and LuK SAC tools. Better still, all entrants had a chance to win the star prize, which consisted of not only one each of these four prizes, but a LuK IMI certified training day for the whole garage, and it was Neil Bryant and his team at Brislington Motor Services that won the ultimate prize!”

“After ordering a LuK RepSet and DMF from Mill Autoquip in Bristol and receiving our scratchcard and free beanie hat, I didn’t think much more about it until we were contacted to say we’d won,” said a delighted Neil Bryant, co-owner of the garage alongside business partner Chris Ironside.

“The Kärcher equipment and the LuK DMF and SAC tools are great, but as we’re a garage with a focus on the future and how to do the best job and remain competitive, it’s the LuK training that’s of the greatest value.

“As an AutoCare garage, we’re committed to training, so when double clutch technology started to come to the fore I went to Schaeffler’s HQ in Hereford to do some LuK 2CT training and subsequently the rest of the team has now been trained as well.

“However, you never stop learning, so we’re really looking forward to welcoming the REPXPERT team to Bristol because, although a lot of garages are suspicious of new technology and shy away from it, we just want to get stuck in and do things properly!”
