Alliance Automotive Group UK announces latest acquisitions

Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Cotswold Motaquip Ltd and also that of Beverley Motor Factors Ltd.; both existing members of the UAN buying group.
Cotswold Motaquip is a single branch LV business based in Cirencester with sales of c£0.5m and 4 employees and Beverley Motor Factors is a single branch LV business based in Beverley with sales of c£1.5m and 12 employees.
