Klarius, KMT and Emissco Cycle to Wembley - Sport Relief Team Challenge to raise >£1,000

Date: 12-Mar-2020

The Klarius Works Council led by John Bennett and Community Champion Natalie Parry have agreed to support Sport Relief via a “Cycle to Wembley” challenge – 147 miles – on Thursday, 12th March. The aim is to have as many people participating as possible together with raising as much money as possible, making this our biggest event yet in terms of numbers participating. There is a “furthest” and “fastest” competition between individuals, teams and shifts across the Klarius Group of Companies.

The distance will take +/- 12 hours to cover. We have from 6am to 10pm – so should smash it.

To support our fund raising we have a Just Giving page with sponsorship forms and collection tins in addition:

We’d be very grateful for all and any kind support as we aim to smash £1,000 for Sports Relief.

We’ve had a fantastic response so far with the first forty riders “Roll of Honour” below:

Last, and not to put a dampener on things, rather to keep riders safe, all riders will thoroughly wash hands before taking part and clean the bike with antibacterial wipes before riding.
